Job Description

About the role 

Stabilised Pavements of Australia is seeking to employ two skilled HC truck drivers to join our spray seal crew working out of our Townsville depot, responsible for maintaining and driving HC licensed vehicles, ensuring safety compliance at all times and maintaining a clean driving record. 

Duties 

  • Operating heavy vehicle trucks
  • Manual holding duties where required
  • Loading goods onto truck, restraining goods
  • Undertaking basic truck inspections and maintenance 
  • Maintain records (such as logbooks) 

Skills and Experience 

  • HC Licence 
  • A focus on maintaining a safe and productive work environment
  • Be able to demonstrate suitable experience in plant operation
  • Be prepared to travel throughout Northern QLD as required 
  • Experience on a variety of road construction plant and civil construction sites will be a distinct advantage - Nationally recognised tickets even better! 
  • Able to undertake a pre-employment medical
