Job Description
We are seeking experienced Spray Seal Operators to join our team based out of our Townsville depot. This role involves operating spray seal machinery and driving to various locations for projects across the region.
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum Requirements are:
HC licence
Be able to demonstrate suitable experience in plant operation
Strong knowledge of road maintenance processes and equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required
Be prepared to travel throughout Northern Queensland
Have a focus on maintaining a safe and productive work environment
Experience working within the industry
