Job Description
The full-time position of supervisor is expected to provide leadership and is responsible for, although not limited to: supervising and management of team and resources. project programming ensuring the safety of crew members, following WHS guidelines, planning and scheduling, employee and client relations, the productivity of crew members and quality control and administration. The Supervisor is the key interface in the relationships between the company, subcontractors, external stakeholders and the client.

Desired Skills and Experience
Applicants will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes for consideration of their application.
Minimum requirements are:
Demonstrated experience in road and earthworks, with a preference for stabilisation experience
Current unrestricted class C Australian Drivers Licence (HR licenc is preferred);
Commitment for their own health and safety and that of others that may be affected by their actions
Able to manage maintenance requirements are kept to standard

Ability to work unsupervised with experience managing people, projects and materials;
Demonstrated ability to develop effective and productive working relationships;
Recognising, addressing and resolving issues/problems among/between crew members;
Maintaining work standards and outlining behavioural expectations to ensure crew morale and productivity
Applying the principles of workplace respect and adherence to all policies
A commitment to and maintaining safe work practices
A well-developed written and verbal communication skills along with a team-orientated outlook.
Be available to travel throughout New South Wales to project locations as required
