Job Description
About the role
We are currently looking for a Final Trim Grader Operator to be based out of our Somersby Depot on the Central Coast. Opportunity to work locally on the Central Coast, with the ability to travel from time to time. The successful candidate will be experienced in Operating the Grader and be able to work effectively and efficiently within expected timeframes. Your expertise in final trim grading will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our projects. The role comes with a fully maintained company car and an attractive hourly rate
Duties
Operate final trim grader machinery to perform grading tasks on construction sites
Ensure accurate and precise grading to achieve desired surface levels and finishes
Conduct pre-operation checks and routine maintenance machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation
Desired Skills and Experience
Skills & Experience
Proven experience operating final trim graders or similar grading machinery in a construction or civil engineering environment
Strong understanding of grading techniques, equipment operation and project specifications
Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
