Job Description
The successful applicant will be trained as a plant operator on various specialised equipment whilst undertaking a Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations. SPA is committed to the training and development of our employees and the provision of a long-term career path.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You:
Have a Current Drivers License
Have a keen interest in machinery /civil construction
Be prepared to travel throughout North Queensland Region & NSW at times for training
Have a strong work ethic, willing to work flexible hours to meet client’s needs
Possess a positive, can do attitude
Keen interest in learning all facets of profiling work including pre-milling, Asphalt work and Final Trim
Ability to work on your own and in a team environment
Ability to complete pre-employment medical including D&A
Have a focus on maintaining a safe work environment
