Job Description
About the role
Stabilised Pavements of Australia is seeking to employ a Foreman into our business based out of our Townsville Depot. Reporting into the Spray Seal Coordinator this position will be responsible for the field operational delivery of projects across the Northern QLD region. You will be responsible in managing the work site operation to the construction program and field instructions provided by the Spray Seal Coordinator. Efficiently completing the work to a highly technical standard within the specifications provided. Ensure that operators operate machines in a safe and technically correct manner. Complete all reporting as required. Within this role is the opportunity to develop our people to deliver their best and work closely with our delivery teams and customers to deliver high quality results.
Duties
Planning and managing onsite blue collar, plant and subcontractor resources for them individual projects.
Reporting of production, quality and safety performance
Relationship management with the site teams, project team, operational team and client representatives
A key focus is maintaining strong engagement between the field and office teams to ensure the site teams are supported and all opportunity and risk is collectively managed.
Skills & Experience
Pavement Construction preferably with some Stabilisation background
HR Licence
Strong Leadership Skills
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Commitment to customer service
