Job Description
Based out of our Beenleigh office, this position will provide support to the HSE manager including maintaining accurate records on the safety system for certifications, audits and monitoring, meeting minutes and actions.

About the Role
You are a well rounded administrator with experience working in administration with an interest in getting into the safety space. A certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety is highly desirable!
Duties
Organise and take minutes of SPA safety committee/ QSEHRTS and any other relevant safety meetings or working groups
Follow up and close out any action items resulting from meetings
Assisting in the creating and distribution of safety communications
Systems administration including prequalification and ISO auditing support
Update and maintain E-newsletter register
Assist and liaise with Regional Admins with PPE ordering
Assist with tenders
Provide administrative support to the Group HSE manager as required
Monitor near miss hotline and update register
Plan onboarding and plant risk assessments

High level of computer literacy particularly experience with Microsoft word, excel and power point
Understanding of current health and safety legislation

Ability to build strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders
