Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain mixer/stabiliser equipment for pavement stabilisation projects.
Ensure precise and consisten mixing of materials to meet project specifications
Work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Adhere to all safety and operational procedures while on-site
What We're Looking for:
Proven experience operating a mixer (construction or civil industry experience preferred)
Ability to work efficiently and safely in a team environment
Willingness to travel and work away from home when required
Strong attention to detail and good problem solving skills
Driver's licence and reliable work ethic
