Job Description
About the Role:
As a Pavement Recycler Operator, you'll play a crucial role in the operation of our advance CR380 machine - a state of the art piece of equipment used to recycle and stabilise pavements. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in an essential area of the civil construction industry while working on a range of exciting projects throughout Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn to Operate the CR380 machine safely and efficiently to recycle and stabilise pavements on various job sites
Operator a spreader machine as required
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Assist with the setup, maintenance and minor repairs of equipment.
Work closely with the project team to ensure high-quality results are delivered on time.
Participate in job site inspections and reporting.
Continuously learn and improve skills in pavement recycling operations
About You
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about the industry and keen to develop their skills in pavement recycling. The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in operating heavy machinery (paving or recycling machinery is a plus
A strong commitment to safety and best practices.
A willingness to travel and work on various projects across Australia.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in civil construction or pavement operations would be highly regarded but not essential.
