Reporting to the NSW Operations Manager, the Civil Supervisor will oversee site operations and lead multiple crews through the successful delivery of road rehabilitation projects. Working closely with site based Foremen, this role will focus on project performance, quality and team leadership.
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years' experience as a Civil Supervisor or Senior Foreman preferably with exposure to stabilisation or pavement rehabilitation works. This is a full-time position based at our Somersby depot, supporting both local and regional NSW projects.

Desired Skills and Experience
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate daily site operations and project set-up activities
Manage project delivery across key outcomes: safety, cost, program, and quality
Oversee communication, service locations/lowering, and site requirements
Escalate significant issues to the Operations Manager/Project Manager
Foster strong client relationships throughout each project
Ensure clear understanding of scope and contract obligations
Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Civil Supervisor or Senior Foreman role
Strong background in civil construction, ideally including stabilisation or rehabilitation
Proven leadership and team management capabilities
Demonstrated ability to manage project outcomes effectively
Relevant qualifications in Civil Construction or Project Management preferred
