Job Description
About the role
Reporting to the Resources Coordinator, you will undertake works as instructed by the SPA Supervisor/Foreman/Leading Hand in a safe and efficient manner. You will be required to operate and maintain the plant and carry out all daily/weekly/monthly checks as defined by SPA or manufacturers handbook.
Duties
Operating mixer and/or spreader
Manual handling duties where required
Undertaking basic truck inspections and maintenance
Maintain records (such as logbooks)
Demonstrate and implement safe work practices
Skills & Experience
Unrestricted HR licence minimum with expectation to upskill to HC/MC
Minimum 3 years Civil Construction experience
Mixer and/or Spreader/Stabiliser operation experience is preferential
Must be flexible and well presented
Have impeccable customer service skills
Must be punctual and reliable
Ability to undertake and meet the requirements of pre-employment medicals
Mature approach to culture, business engagement and Risk Management
