Job Description
About the role
Working with the Regional Manager, the Civil Supervisor will manage multiple teams leading and delegating the site-based Foreman. A major focus on the role, will be project delivery to ensure quality work is delivered on time and on budget, with daily client interactions.
Duties
All Supervisor preliminary tasks (i.e. set up projects, communications, service locations/lowering)
Management of project delivery at outcomes (Program, Cost, Quality, Safety)
Escalation of significant issues to Regional Manager
Manage Client relationship throughout project/s
Awareness of job scope and contractual issues
Skills & Experience
Minimum of 5-years’ experience in a previous Supervisor or Senior Foreman role
Demonstrated knowledge of civil construction with an exposure to flexible granular pavements, earthworks and drainage works preferably with stabilisation rehabilitation experience
Respected Leader and positive communicator
Demonstrated project delivery expertise
Project Management/Civil Construction or other qualifications in support of the above criteria
