Job Description
About the role
As a key member of our NSW operations team, reporting to the General Manager – South East, you will drive the successful and cost-efficient delivery of projects. You’ll have the chance to shape and promote a strong safety culture, influence team performance, and contribute to marketing initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact, streamline processes across projects, and grow your leadership capabilities in a dynamic environment.
Duties
Preparation of quotes and tenders including customer and client management
Team leadership
Monthly reporting and budget management
High level Project Management
Member of Senior Management team proving strategic input towards business objectives
Skills & Experience
5 years in similar client facing role
10 years’ experience in the management of teams to deliver of bitumen sealing projects
Demonstrated technical and written skills
Ability to lead and positively influence the team
Focus on maintaining safe work practices
Strong business development and strategic thinking skills
