Job Description
About the role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this key role will be managing multiple teams and delegating to Foreman. A major focus of this role civil project delivery, including achieving quality works on time and on budget.
Duties
All Supervisor preliminary tasks (i.e. set up projects, communications, service locations/lowering)
Management of project delivery at outcomes (Program, Cost, Quality, Safety)
Escalation of significant issues to Operations Manager
Manage Client relationship throughout project/s
Awareness of job scope and contractual issues
Skills & Experience
5 years experience in previous Supervisor or Senior Foreman role
Demonstrated knowledge of civil construction, with exposure to stabilisation and rehabilitation practices (desired)
Respected leader
Demonstrated project delivery expertise
Project Management/Civil Construction or other qualifications
