Job Description
About the role
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager the Business Administrator is responsible for providing assistance to operations with tender preparation, project set up, administration support, customer invoicing, finance support, end of month tasks and other administration requirements. We are looking for a motivated self-starter, who has meticulous attention to detail, initiative and is able to prioritize tasks. The role is available for an immediate start.
Duties
Customer invoicing and claims
Accounts payable and receivable
Tender preparation and submission
Assist with reporting requirements
Creditor compliance
Accommodation/travel management
Skills & Experience
High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (e.g. pivot tables, xlookup etc.)
CRM systems
Finance and/or Business administration experience
Demonstrated interpersonal and organisational skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritise and complete multiple tasks in an efficient manner
Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member in a support role
