Job Description

About the role  

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will manage multiple teams leading and delegating to the company’s site-based Foreman. A major focus on this role is a strong focus on project delivery along with 3 years’ experience as a Civil Supervisor or Senior Foreman. This is a full-time position located in our Somersby Deport servicing local and regional Southern NSW projects.  

Duties  

  • All Supervisor preliminary tasks (i.e. set up projects, communications, service locations/lowering) 

  • Management of project delivery at outcomes (Program, Cost, Quality, Safety) 

  • Escalation of significant issues to NSW Operations Manager/Project Manager 

  • Manage Client relationship throughout project/s 

  • Awareness of job scope and contractual issues 

 

Skills & Experience  

  • 3-years’ experience in a previous Supervisor or Senior Foreman role 

  • Demonstrated knowledge of civil construction preferably with an exposure to stabilisation rehabilitation practice 

  • Respected Leader 

  • Demonstrated project delivery expertise 

  • Project Management/Civil Construction or other qualifications in support of the above criteria
